Carl Schultz - President-CEO
Mr. Schultz has been established in the property management business since 1994. In 2005 Mr. Schultz and 4 additional partners founded Intrepid Management, Inc. to bring a high level of professional management to the subsidized housing industry in the State of Arkansas. Types of managed properties include HUD Section 8, Section 202 PRAC’s, 811 PRAC’s, BMIR, and Section 236, USDA Rural Development, as well as Tax Credit Properties. Mr. Schultz is the Chief Executive Officer for Intrepid Management, Inc. overseeing the fiscal responsibilities of and for all properties, investors, and owners.
Cynthia Knoerr-COO
Ms. Knoerr began working in the housing industry in 1995 administering Government grants to subsidized properties in the State of Arkansas. Ms. Knoerr secured funding for the development and implementation of Neighborhood Network Centers at several properties around the state. She was instrumental in the development of a focused and well executed plan for the acquisition of new properties. This plan focuses on the assurance that all residents, staff and property procedures are brought into compliance and maintained within the program requirements. Her position within the organization is to ensure that all site operations are carried out in a complete detailed manner; thus, ensuring the viability of the entire Portfolio.
